Reducing my stress at home
Questions students ask about GC1108
Is it difficult?
No, this 1-day seminar is friendly, informal and fun.
What will I get out of it?
This course will help you gain a much better understanding of how stress affects people in general – but especially how it affects you. You’ll appreciate what stress is and how you can understand it and gain better control of it.
If you are interested in better understanding domestic stress in other people, please see GC1111.
How many hours of study should I set aside?
This is just one day.
If you’d like to use this experience to get 100% credit for a Vocational course (making this one free) or 50% of its costs offset against a Professional course, you’ll need to do a reflective exercise after your course day – for which you should allow 3-4 hours, including planning, thinking and writing or taping.
Do I need a clinical/healthcare or therapy background?
No. Although healthcare professionals are very welcome.
Do I need any formal qualification?
